grandparents<\/strong> to relinquish their lawful shares of inheritance, through a <strong>jurisprudential analytical study<\/strong> that combines scriptural evidence, scholarly opinions, and contemporary social realities.<br>The study addresses a growing phenomenon within families where some grandchildren or their parents emotionally persuade grandparents to give up their inheritance rights. This raises a key legal and ethical question: <strong>Is such a waiver valid, or does it fall under moral coercion and unjust appropriation of wealth?<\/strong> The research aims to determine the <strong>Islamic legal ruling<\/strong> on these practices, clarifying the impact of emotional influence on the validity of consent, and identifying the soundest juristic opinion in line with the objectives of Sharia\u2014justice, fairness, and protection of rights. The findings reveal that <strong>inheritance is a divinely ordained right<\/strong> that cannot be waived except by free and genuine consent. Emotional manipulation of grandparents constitutes <strong>a form of moral coercion<\/strong> that invalidates the act of waiver and renders any resulting transfer of wealth unlawful.
