The study measured two main variables: artificial intelligence (with its dimensions: deep learning, natural language processing, machine learning, generative AI, and reinforcement learning) and organizational innovation (with its dimensions: administrative innovation, process innovation, and product innovation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Results: <\/strong>Statistical analyses revealed a strong positive and statistically significant correlation between artificial intelligence and organizational innovation. Moreover, AI was found to have a significant positive effect on organizational innovation, explaining 65.2% of its variance. Generative AI showed the strongest correlation with innovation, while machine learning was the most influential dimension<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusion: <\/strong>The study confirms that artificial intelligence represents a powerful strategic driver of organizational innovation and recommends strengthening digital infrastructure, establishing specialized units, and promoting a culture of AI-enhanced innovation within organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
