class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This study aimed to analyze the impact of applying governance principles on enhancing the level of organizational trust among employees in the institutions of the new Syrian government. The study adopted an analytical descriptive methodology and designed a comprehensive questionnaire to collect data from a representative sample of employees in a number of central and local ministries and government institutions. The study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses and analyze the relationships between governance variables (transparency, accountability, participation, fairness, rule of law) and organizational trust variables (trust in leadership, trust among colleagues, trust in the organization).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between the application of governance principles and an increased level of organizational trust. The principles of transparency and fairness had the greatest impact on enhancing trust in leadership and the organization as a whole. Meanwhile, the principle of participation showed a clear effect on trust among colleagues.
