Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This study aimed to identify the dimensions of organizational culture (organizational values, administrative practices, teamwork, communication, innovation and renewal) in improving the performance of employees in higher education institutions – universities in the city of Jarabulus as a model. The descriptive analytical approach was used to address the study problem and discuss its hypotheses. The study population consisted of employees in higher education institutions (faculty members and administrators) in the city of Jarabulus in northern Syria, using a stratified random sample of (70) faculty members and administrators to ensure representation of various job categories within the academic and administrative community. Through analyzing the study data, the study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between the dimensions of organizational culture as a whole and the performance of employees in higher education institutions in the city of Jarabulus. The study recommended the need to disseminate institutional values \u200b\u200bthrough training programs and workshops, and to develop reward policies for employees who adhere to the values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
