class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most Islamic countries rely on conventional taxes to mobilize their financial resources, considering them among the most important tools of fiscal policy that contribute to economic growth. They often overlook the provisions of Islamic law regarding Zakat and its role in contributing to economic and social well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this context, this research aims to identify the impact of both Zakat, as a religious financial levy, and conventional taxes on achieving economic growth, and to compare the two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research concluded that Zakat contributes to stimulating economic growth and can therefore be considered an additional factor driving growth in Islamic economies. This role can be made more effective if greater attention is paid to the methods of collecting and distributing Zakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In contrast, taxes only contribute to driving economic growth if levied on sectors that stimulate growth. Therefore, it is preferable to rely primarily on Zakat to achieve economic growth, with taxes serving as a supplementary measure when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
