class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Absratct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This study investigates the impact of Predictive Business Intelligence (PBI) on Supply Chain Agility (SCA) during disasters and crises in the Jordanian customs clearance, shipping, and insurance sectors. The study employed a mixed methodology, combining a quantitative questionnaire (measuring three components of Predictive Business Intelligence (PBI) and Supply Chain Agility) with an objective qualitative analysis of in-depth interviews. The sample consisted of highly experienced and educated professionals (422 valid responses from a population of 3,470 specialists) holding pivotal roles, with high levels of internal consistency recorded for all variables (\u03b1&gt;0.768).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main quantitative results, based on multiple linear regression analysis, showed that predictive business intelligence (DBI) has a significant impact on supply chain agility, explaining approximately 30% of the variance. Real-time tracking systems emerged as a highly significant variable (p &lt; 0.001), underscoring the pivotal role of direct operational visibility in crisis management. In contrast, demand forecasting capabilities did not show a statistically significant impact, while the effect of risk prediction models was close to non-significant within the regression model. However, qualitative interviews revealed strong evidence that companies use DBI tools to enhance operational resilience, real-time tracking, resource reallocation, and the implementation of advanced risk mitigation strategies, based on adequate organizational readiness, cross-functional collaboration, and crisis simulation exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study concludes that predictive business intelligence is essential for achieving supply chain agility. However, its full strategic value in the Jordanian context remains hampered by the clear fragmentation of the digital environment between the public and private sectors.
