The study sample consisted of 200 participants\u2014100 from each university\u2014selected using a stratified random sampling method. The researcher employed a Job Satisfaction Scale comprising 23 items, the validity and reliability of which were verified, yielding a Cronbach\u2019s alpha coefficient of 0.911, indicating a high level of internal consistency. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology, and data were analyzed using the SPSS program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results revealed that the overall level of job satisfaction among employees at both universities was moderate, with a mean score of 3.04. The highest-rated item was \u201cI am satisfied with my performance at work\u201d (M = 3.47), while the lowest-rated was \u201cMy salary is sufficient to meet my family\u2019s needs\u201d (M = 2.52). The findings also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction attributable to the variables of university, position, or academic qualification. However, significant differences were found in favor of female participants (59.5%) and those who had attended more than three training courses (55.5%), suggesting that professional development and empowerment contribute to higher levels of job satisfaction in the university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study recommends the development of fair and motivating compensation policies aligned with employees\u2019 responsibilities, the expansion of continuous training and professional development programs to enhance competence, the promotion of organizational justice and transparency in administrative decisions, and the creation of a supportive environment for psychological well-being and occupational welfare. These measures are expected to foster institutional stability and improve the overall quality of academic and administrative performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Keywords:
