It will also highlight the preferred view of Imam Al-Qarafi on this matter and provide a rationale for it. Additionally, the study will address contemporary financial transactions built upon this issue, such as selling non-food items before acquisition in the Murabaha contract for the buyer&#8217;s order and selling non-food items in organized Tawarruq, along with the sale of lease-ending in real estate, cars, and other non-food assets, and money. The objective of this study is to find legitimate solutions for some contracts commonly traded in modern financial transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
