class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This study examines the juristic issues of disagreement between Ibrahim al-Nakha\u2018i and Abu Hanifa al-Nu\u2018man in the laws of prayer, as two pivotal figures in the development of the Kufan legal school. The research aims to identify the disputed questions in prayer, analyse the textual and rational evidence of each imam, clarify the usuli and methodological causes of disagreement, and propose reasoned preferences supported by proof and the objectives of Sharia. An inductive method is used to collect reports and opinions from primary hadith and fiqh sources, together with a comparative and analytical approach to present, evaluate, and weigh the views.
