To achieve this objective, the study adopts a scientific methodology based on the descriptive approach and the comparative analytical approach, through examining and analyzing the legal texts related to self-execution, as well as the rules governing and associated with it, and assessing their adequacy and compatibility with general legal principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The findings reveal that the general legal rules are insufficient to regulate the self-execution of smart contractual arrangements carried out using artificial intelligence systems.
