as a proposed measure to combat rape crimes. The study addresses a central question: to what extent can such measures be integrated into the Iraqi legal system without violating the 2005 Constitution, which guarantees human dignity, bodily integrity, and the prohibition of cruel or inhuman punishment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizing a comparative analytical approach, the research explores the legal nature of castration and its position within modern criminal policy and international human rights conventions. Given the absence of explicit provisions in current Iraqi law, the study discusses the possibility of legislative adoption under strict controls, drawing on international experiences.
