ABSTRACT:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This study examines the impact of NGO-delivered training programs on small enterprise development in Idlib Governorate, a context characterized by institutional fragility and protracted crisis. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, data were collected from a purposive sample of 165 small business owners who had received NGO training, through a validated and reliability-tested questionnaire. Linear regression analysis revealed a statistically significant positive effect of the overall training index on enterprise development (R=0.576, R\u00b2=0.332, p<0.001). All four training dimensions demonstrated significant effects, with management and leadership training yielding the strongest impact (\u03b2=0.209), followed by technical training (\u03b2=0.197), financial management (\u03b2=0.186), and marketing and sales (\u03b2=0.173).
