language education in Ghanaian educational institutions through a critical analytical approach that integrates four key variables: education, language planning, linguistic landscape, and societal impact. The study is grounded in the premise that the limited presence of Arabic in Ghana\u2019s linguistic landscape is not attributable to any inherent deficiency in the language itself, nor to a lack of interest among learners, but rather to structural imbalances in the relationship between language planning policies, the quality of instruction, and the functional and social extension of its educational outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research aims to analyze the position of Arabic within Ghana\u2019s national language policy framework, evaluate the effectiveness of its curricula and pedagogical practices, explore its visibility in the public sphere, and assess its societal impact at both cultural and functional levels. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology with a critical dimension, drawing on established theoretical frameworks in language planning and linguistic landscape studies, alongside a contextual analysis of relevant educational institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The findings indicate the existence of a structural gap between Arabic language education and the broader linguistic landscape and official policy environment, where Arabic remains largely confined to religious contexts, with limited institutional and professional extension. The study highlights the need for a comprehensive language planning strategy that redefines the position of Arabic within the national educational system and links it to clear professional pathways, thereby enhancing its symbolic and social capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study concludes that consolidating the position of Arabic in Ghana requires a multi-level reform approach encompassing curriculum development, teacher training, and the expansion of Arabic\u2019s presence in academic, cultural, and public domains, in order to balance its identity-based
