Nanotechnology represents a real revolution in the field of nutrient delivery, offering innovative solutions to traditional challenges related to poor bioavailability and inefficient absorption..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Results indicate that nanotechnology achieves significant improvement in nutrient bioavailability up to 400% compared to traditional methods. These technologies also enable targeted delivery of nutrients directly to muscle tissues, reducing waste and increasing effectiveness. Main applications include delivery of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and active plant compounds using advanced nanosystems such as liposomes and polymeric nanoparticles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite promising benefits, these technologies face challenges related to long-term safety, high costs, and the need for clear regulatory standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
