In addition to examining the effect of demographic variables of (gender, qualification, age, and experience) To achieve the study purpose, occupational stress , perceived social support and depression symptoms scales were used. The indicators of the validity and reliability of the study tools were confirmed, and the study sample consisted of (90) counselors, selected using the available method, and the descriptive correlational approach was used. The results indicated that there is a negative relationship between the level of perceived social support and occupational stress, and positive relationship between the level of occupational stress and depression symptoms, and that there is moderate&nbsp; degree of occupational stress use and depression symptoms, and a high degree of perceived social support.
