The study followed the descriptive survey research methodology, and the sample consisted of a group of teachers of the (BTEC) program in the University District Education Directorate, numbering (90) male and female teachers, who were selected by simple random method, and at a rate of (82%) of the study population. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that included artificial intelligence skills and professional development, and the validity and reliability of the instrument were verified. The results showed that the instrument items were in the high and medium range. Area (1), which states \u201cPlanning and preparation for the (BTEC) program,\u201d came in first place with an arithmetic mean of \u201c3.73.\u201d Area (2), which states \u201cImplementation of teaching and development of practical skills,\u201d came in last place with an arithmetic mean of \u201c3.18.\u201d The results also showed that the value of (sig) is less than the value of (F) calculated at the level of (\u03b1=0.05). Therefore, we accept the null hypothesis, which states that there are no statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of teaching with artificial intelligence (AI) in developing the professional skills of secondary school students in the (BTEC) program from the teachers\u2019 point of view attributable to (gender, academic qualification, years of experience). The study recommended the need to direct researchers to conduct more studies that are interested in artificial intelligence and its applications on teachers of different specializations due to its
