The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and utilized a structured questionnaire as the primary data collection instrument, Data were analyzed using advanced statistical techniques, including regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), to test both direct and indirect relationships among the study variables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The findings revealed a statistically significant positive effect of AI applications on crisis management effectiveness, as well as a significant effect of AI applications on teamwork efficiency, The results also confirmed that teamwork efficiency significantly enhances crisis management performance, Furthermore, mediation analysis demonstrated that teamwork efficiency plays a significant partial mediating role in the relationship between AI applications and crisis management. The direct effect of AI applications on crisis management decreased from (\u03b2 = 0.566) to (\u03b2 = 0.234) after introducing teamwork efficiency as a mediating variable, while the indirect effect reached (\u03b2 = 0.332), indicating that a substantial portion of the impact of AI technologies is transmitted through improved teamwork processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study concludes that maximizing the benefits of AI in crisis management requires not only technological investment but also strengthening teamwork capabilities through enhanced communication, coordination, trust, shared mental models, and participative leadership. Accordingly, the study recommends expanding the adoption of AI-driven systems within the Customs Police, integrating technological development with teamwork enhancement programs, and designing
