Tulkarm Governorate serves as a case study \u2013 a field study. The study&#8217;s central problem is summarized in the following question: &#8220;What is the impact of the spread of smuggled medicines on the health, social, economic, political, legal and security aspects of Palestinian society from the pharmacists&#8217; point of view?&#8221; The importance of the study appears to be that it sheds light on the concept of smuggled medicines, their types, the reasons for their spread, the consequences of dealing with them, and ways to combat them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;The study is divided into three sections: The first section discusses the definition of smuggled medicines, their types, the reasons for their spread, and the reality of the phenomenon in Palestine. The second section sheds light on the health, economic, security, political, and social effects resulting from dealing with smuggled medicines and on ways to combat them .The third section deals with the field study and its methodological procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method and selected a questionnaire as the instrument for conducting the study. The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which are the following: The phenomenon of smuggled medicines in the Tulkarm Governorate poses a very high risk to the health of patients. The main motive for the phenomenon is the financial greed of the smugglers, and the exploitation of the difficult economic conditions of citizens by providing cheap alternatives. Dealing in smuggled medicines causes serious damage to national pharmaceutical companies and the Palestinian economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among the most important recommendations were: Amending the legislation related to pharmaceutical crimes to reach the level of &#8220;major felonies&#8221; instead of misdemeanors, imposing hefty fines that exceed expected profits, permanently withdrawing the license to practice the profession from any pharmacist proven to be involved, and accelerating the implementation of the &#8220;national barcode&#8221; system and electronic tracking of every package of medicine entering the Palestinian market , Strengthening oversight in rural areas and regions (C) by deploying surprise inspection and monitoring teams that
