The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted as it best suits the nature and objectives of the study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study population consisted of 1,240 employees in Jericho Governorate, distributed across several institutions, including the Jericho Health Directorate (50 employees), Jericho Hospital (210 employees), the Police Department and all its branches (470 employees), in addition to 510 male and female teachers. A proportionate simple random sample of 293 employees was selected. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection instrument.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results revealed a very high level of impact of salary delays and reductions on the dimensions of family economic stability and psychological and social pressures. A high level of impact was also found on economic and social obligations, as well as family relations and social cohesion. The findings also indicated a statistically significant effect at the significance level (\u03b1 \u2264 0.05) of salary delays and reductions on all dimensions of the study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the results showed no statistically significant differences in respondents\u2019 perceptions based on gender, salary category, number of family members, marital status, and age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study concluded with several recommendations, most notably the need to ensure the regular payment of public employees\u2019 salaries and to reduce delays and reductions due to their direct impact on family and social stability. It also recommended developing financial and administrative policies that ensure a minimum adequate income for employees and strengthening social protection and economic support programs for those
