The research focuses on analyzing the effect of these dimensions on the organizational structure, human resources, and policies and procedures. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical methodology, utilizing a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of 52 employees randomly selected from a population of 60 staff members and administrators.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp; The results revealed a statistically significant impact of digital transformation on organizational restructuring. The technological dimension showed the highest influence, followed by the managerial dimension, while the human dimension had a relatively lower impact. The findings indicate that digital transformation contributes to the development of the organizational structure, the improvement of human resource management, and the enhancement of policies and procedures, thereby increasing the institution\u2019s operational efficiency and adaptability to technological&nbsp;
