The research aims to identify the methodological foundations adopted by Ibn al-\u02bfArab\u012b in interpreting the legal verses of the Qur\u2019an and to demonstrate the scientific value of his work as one of the most significant contributions to juristic Qur\u2019anic exegesis in Islamic heritage. Ibn al-\u02bfArab\u012b employed a balanced approach that combined transmitted exegesis (<em>tafs<\/em><em>\u012br bi al-ma<\/em><em>\u02beth<\/em><em>\u016br<\/em>) with rational interpretation (<em>tafs<\/em><em>\u012br bi al-ra<\/em><em>\u02bey<\/em>), relying on the Qur\u2019an, the Prophetic Sunnah, the opinions of the Companions and Followers, as well as Arabic linguistic principles and the foundations of Islamic jurisprudence. The study also discusses the evaluations of classical and modern scholars regarding his scholarly standing and traces the influence of <em>Ahk<\/em><em>\u0101m al-Qur<\/em><em>\u02be\u0101n<\/em> on major exegetes such as al-Qur\u1e6dub\u012b, Ibn Kath\u012br, al-Suy\u016b\u1e6d\u012b, and al-Shawk\u0101n\u012b through textual transmission and methodological similarities. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical method based on textual analysis and comparison. It concludes that <em>Ahk<\/em><em>\u0101m al-Qur<\/em><em>\u02be\u0101n<\/em> remains a foundational reference in juristic exegesis and comparative Islamic jurisprudence, reflecting Ibn
