This study bridges three dimensions: Fiqh al Aaliyah (Islamic jurisprudence of minorities), social integration policies, and human rights in confronting islamophobia, let aims to present slams true essence as a force for global advancement, refute false allegations, and correct its distorted image in Western societies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using a descriptive analytical approach supported by inductive examination of Islamic texts, fatwas, and Western, legislation, the research seeks to clear Islam of unjust accusations, diagnose legal, cultural, and economic barriers to integration, and demonstrate how Fiqh al Aaliyah harmonizes religious identity with civic citizenship, while drawing lessons from successful integration models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Findings show Muslims in the West are trapped between assimilation demands and a discourse that fears them without a clear model, islamophobia has evolved from prejudice into am institutional structure embedded in law, media and education Crucially, the center of Muslim consciousness has shifted from the mosque to the smartphone, outpacing traditional institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study recommends that solutions begin with conscious accomplished families. let urges the West to recognize that partnership surpasses hostility, and calls for transforming mosques into open community centers, waqf into investment in human capital, and fragmented elites into a unified leadership council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
