However, the legislator has made exceptions to this timeframe in certain cases where the appeal and annulment period is interrupted, whether administratively or judicially, the party affected by the damage to the project is entitled to compensation, which results in the termination of the period. The previous deadline is extended, and a new deadline is opened, there are also some emergency situations that lead to the suspension of the deadline for appealing the annulment, and this deadline does not begin to run until this situation ceases, the emergency that prevents interested parties from filing a lawsuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Keywords: Suspension of the
