The researcher adopted a quasi-experimental design with two equivalent groups and pre-, post-, and delayed measurements. The sample consisted of 60 fourth-grade students purposively selected from public schools affiliated with the Damascus Directorate of Education, equally divided into an experimental group (n = 30) taught through a blended instructional program built according to the ADDIE instructional-design model and implemented via Zoom and Google Classroom using a flipped-learning strategy, and a control group (n = 30) taught through the conventional method. A 15-item numerical comprehension test, equally distributed across the three dimensions, was developed, and its validity was confirmed through expert judgement and construct-validity coefficients, while its reliability was established through the test\u2013retest method (r = 0.893) and Cronbach&#8217;s alpha (\u03b1 = 0.876). After confirming the equivalence of the two groups on the pre-test, the program was implemented with the experimental group; the post-test was then administered to both groups, and a delayed test was administered to the experimental group after twenty days. Results showed that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group on the post-test (p &lt; 0.05) with a large overall effect size (\u03b7\u00b2 = 0.73), and a significant pre\u2013post gain within the experimental group with a very large effect size (\u03b7\u00b2 = 0.98). No significant difference was found between the post-test and the delayed test for the experimental group, confirming the durability of the acquired skill after the intervention ended. The study concludes that blended teaching based on digital interaction produces a large and sustained positive effect on numerical comprehension, and recommends generalizing its use in primary-stage mathematics instruction and training teachers to design interactive digital activities according to systematic instructional-design models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
