The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability for analyzing the dimensions of banking service quality based on the SERVQUAL model, which includes tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study population consisted of employees of the Syrian Real Estate Bank, while the sample included 350 male and female employees selected through simple random sampling from the branches in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, and Hama. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool. The banking service quality questionnaire consisted of 35 items distributed across five dimensions. Its validity and reliability were verified using Pearson correlation coefficients and Cronbach\u2019s Alpha, with the overall reliability coefficient reaching 0.935, indicating high scientific reliability. Several statistical methods were also employed, including means, standard deviations, Independent Samples t-test, and One-Way ANOVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The results revealed that the overall level of banking service quality at the Syrian Real Estate Bank was high. The assurance dimension achieved the highest mean score, followed by reliability and tangibility, whereas the responsiveness dimension scored at a moderate level, indicating the need to improve the speed of responding to customers\u2019 requests and inquiries. The findings also highlighted the importance of service quality in enhancing customer satisfaction, trust in the bank, and the bank\u2019s competitive position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based on the findings, the study recommended improving technological infrastructure and digital transformation, enhancing the speed of response to customer complaints and inquiries, training employees in communication and professional interaction skills, and strengthening banking security systems while further developing electronic services in line with customer
