The study aims to demonstrate the prohibition in Islamic law of such illegitimate methods of extracting confessions and to establish the invalidity and inadmissibility of any confession obtained thereby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research examines the evidentiary value of confessions obtained through deceptive means, including psychological and scientific techniques such as blood pressure measurement devices, lie detector tests, and similar tools, as well as through the use of medical drugs and hypnosis. It also presents the opinions of Islamic jurists regarding such confessions, alongside the views of legal scholars within positive law systems in major countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study concludes that extracting confessions through unlawful methods is prohibited, and that any confession obtained through such means is legally and religiously invalid and devoid of evidentiary value. It further recommends the necessity of preventing this inhumane practice, adopting all necessary measures to limit and prohibit it, except in cases of extreme necessity and under the authorization of
