The research is structured into three sections: the first addresses the concept of behavioral reform and its foundations according to Ibn Ashur; the second examines behavioral reform at the individual level; and the third discusses behavioral reform at the societal level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The study arrives at several findings, most notably that behavioral reform constitutes the foundation of Ibn Ashur\u2019s reform project, as it begins with reforming the individual in terms of belief, action, and ethics, ultimately leading to the reform of society. It also concludes that his reformist methodology is characterized by comprehensiveness and integration, as it extends to various aspects of individual and social life, thereby fulfilling the objectives of Islamic law (maq\u0101\u1e63id al-shar\u012b\u02bfah) in building the individual and establishing a righteous society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Keywords:
