However, the rapid evolution of digital tools and artificial intelligence in modern higher education presents both significant opportunities and administrative challenges. While literature instructors increasingly seek to adopt technology to engage contemporary students, educational managers and policymakers often struggle to establish coherent policy frameworks that support this digital transition. This paper examines the integration of technology into English literature instruction through the lens of educational administration and leadership. Utilizing a conceptual and policy analysis methodology, the study evaluates the organizational, policy, and infrastructural barriers that hinder digital adoption in humanities departments. The findings suggest that successful technological integration requires more than tool procurement; it demands visionary educational leadership, policy alignment, continuous professional development, and curricular reform. The paper concludes with actionable recommendations for institutional administrators aiming to foster digitally responsive literature programs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
