Abstract
This study derives the “Theory of Intellectual Conception in Islam” at a critical juncture where the Islamic nation, guided by its renaissance project of the “Dialogue of Civilizations,” stands at the cultural and intellectual frontiers confronting the Western cultural paradigm of the “Clash of Civilizations.” Western nations, led by the United States of America, endeavour to impose their culture and intellectual hegemony upon other nations—particularly Arab and Islamic populations—with the aim of altering Islamic identity and affiliation. This is pursued by cultivating a secular Western intellectual mentality characterized by colonial susceptibility, thereby enabling the governance of Arab and Islamic countries to safeguard Western interests. Consequently, intellectually Westernized individuals have been employed as subversive elements against Islamic governance systems, under the pretext propagated by their thinkers that Islamic thought is incompatible with modernity. These Westernized elites continue to govern Arab and Islamic nations with Western backing, as evidently demonstrated by the coup in Egypt against the elected President Morsi. This corroborates the premise that a politically supported Western cultural and intellectual conflict is actively confronting the Islamic renaissance project in an attempt to abort it. Nevertheless, the intrinsic validity and authoritativeness of Islamic thought endow the nation with profound strength and rootedness, bolstering its resilience against invasive Western intellectual and cultural projects. Therefore, civilizational Islamic intellectual fortification has become an imperative duty at the individual, familial, and societal levels.
In light of this, the researcher formulated the “Theory of Intellectual Conception in Islam” to serve as a foundational, cognitive, and renaissance-oriented intellectual reference. This theoretical framework is designed to be adopted in countering successive secular intellectual theories amidst this existential cultural and intellectual conflict.

الملخص
بهذه الدراسة يتم استنباط (نظرية التصور الفكري في الإسلام) في زمن تقف فيه الأمة الإسلامية بمشروعها الإسلامي النهضوي (حوار الحضارات) على الحدود الثقافية والفكرية الإسلامية في مواجهة المشروع الثقافي الغربي (صراع الحضارات)، حيث تعمل الدول الغربية بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على فرض ثقافتها وهيمنتها الفكرية الغربية على سائر الشعوب لا سيما على الشعوب العربية والإسلامية لتغيير الانتماء والهوية الإسلامية بتشكيل عقلية ثقافة فكرية غربية علمانية بالقابلية الاستعمارية وبها تحكم بلاد العرب والمسلمين للحفاظ على مصالحها الغربية فاستُخدِم المتغربون فكريًا عناصر انقلابية على نظام الحكم الإسلامي. حيث يزعم مفكروها أن الفكر الإسلامي لا يواكب العصر وما تزال تلك النُخب المتعرِّبة تحكم أغلب البلاد العربية والإسلامية بدعم غربي فالانقلاب الذي حدث في مصر على الرئيس مرسي المنتخب خير دليل، مما يؤكد القول بأن هناك صراع ثقافي فكري غربي يحظى بالدعم السياسي يواجه المشروع الإسلامي النهضوي لاجهاضه ولكن حجيَّة الفكر الإسلامي تُكسِب الأمة قوة ورسوخًا وتزيدها ثباتًا في تصديها للمشاريع الفكرية الثقافية الغربية الغازية، لذلك بات التحصين الفكري الإسلامي الحضاري على الصعيد الفردي والأسري والمجتمعي واجبًا.
فقام الباحث بصياغة نظرية التصور الفكري في الإسلام كمرجعية تأصيلية فكرية معرفية نهضوية تُعْتمَد في مواجهة تلك النظريات الفكرية العلمانية المتلاحقة في خضم الصراع الثقافي والفكري الوجودي.
